Brandon Graham was driving southbound on the 10400 block of Laurel Bowie Road in Laurel when he veered out of the lane and was struck by a northbound SUV around 6:10 a.m. Wednesday, the Prince George's County Police Department said.
Graham, of Laurel, was pronounced dead at the scene, authorities said.
